Discover Wigfair Hall

Wedding Venue North Wales

Wigfair Hall is a private country home, which opens its doors to a select number of weddings each year. It is a stunning, exclusive, private wedding venue located just minutes away from Junction 27 on A55. Nestled in its’ own glorious grounds, it is surrounded by the most spectacular countryside with uninterrupted views of the Elwy Valley and the Snowdonia range.

Wigfair Hall is a spectacularly unique venue which is available, exclusively for your wedding! The Hall, a grade II listed building, is a large Victorian country home, is the creation of John Douglas and was built by Walter Williams in 1884 for the Howard family.

The Hall is now home to Andrew and Rylla, who open their doors to a select number of weddings each year. Your wedding party can enjoy the day, with no-one walking around in a spa gown or dropping in for a pint!!

Our commitment to you, is that there will be no other wedding or event on during the week before or after your wedding day! We pride ourselves in giving a 5* personal service throughout, that is personally specific, from the first contact with you, to waving you goodbye to begin your married life together! We aim to create the right impression through choice and diversity, to you who want your ideas to be listened to. To deliver beyond expectation, taking time to ensure that couples feel that theirs is the only wedding here.

Through meticulous documentation, catch-ups and rehearsal, planning timings, we will facilitate a seamless and harmonious flow of your day, ensuring that your plans come to fruition!

" Welcome to Wigfair Hall "

We would like to say thank you for visiting Wigfair Hall website and hope that you enjoy viewing all the events that we have had here. Wigfair is a very special house and home to us both, and to be able to live here is a great privilege. Andrews’ parents bought the property in the late 70’s and spent their life maintaining it, keeping its’ authentic Victorian charm. (Andrew’s dad being a joiner helped a lot!) Now we as custodians, offer it as an exclusive use venue for a select number of weddings and events each year. On a personal level, we enjoy an agricultural and equestrian life, with our two horses, minature shetland pony, two dogs and Norris the cat!

Kim

Your Wedding Director

Hi there!! I just wanted to tell you a little bit about me! As an event manager for over 25 years, I love every moment of it. For me it is all about bespoke customer service and providing an extensive resource for our couples. It is such a buzz to watch the planning journey unfold, giving advice and support along the way. It is a privilege to be a small part of such a special day. I work very closely with Andrew and his partner Rylla, the only place that you won’t find me, is behind the bar!! I am rubbish at it, however if there is a glass of good Chardonnay on offer, I’m there!! On a personal level, I am happily married to Lee and we have a fabulous daughter, Alex. We have rescue Labradors, one is a gorgeous yellow lady, the other a black, mad, mischievous boy!!! I also have rescue horses, my beautiful black thoroughbred Rolo (you’ve seen the Lloyd’s Bank advert!) and a very, very naughty pony……enough said!! I thoroughly look forward to meeting you and showing off the stunning Wigfair Hall!!
